Declaration of Value
The customer is responsible for accurately declaring the true commercial value of the goods. Misrepresentation may result in fines, penalties, or customs holds.
Restricted Goods
We do not transport prohibited items under U.S. or Costa Rican law, including hazardous materials, controlled substances, or illegal products.
Taxes and Duties
Import taxes are determined by Costa Rican customs regulations and vary according to product classification and declared value.
Payments
All service charges must be paid before cargo release. Exchange rates may vary depending on the selected service modality.
Inspections
Shipments may be subject to documentary or physical inspection by customs authorities.
